  • Ideal for: For the traveler who is overwhelmed or confused by too many options and ​doesn't have time to plan, and may require a little more assistance or wants to plan a ​more complex trip.

  • What You Get:

    • Everything in the Travel Research Package, plus:

    • Custom daily itinerary so you can optimize your time and travel at your pace

    • Option to book accommodations (if you prefer, feel free to book hotels via link).

  • Starting at $800

Custom Travel Design - Full Trip Planning Package

  • Ideal for: Those looking to turn their brain off, and be fully taken care of where you ​don't have to think about a thing from the moment you choose a destination to the ​moment you land there. All you have to do is remember your passport!

  • What you Get: Full day-by-day itinerary, bookings and concierge services

  • Starting at $150 per day for 2 travelers.

Last Minute Requests - $300 supplement fee (starting)

4 months prior to departure. Unavailable for “Groups”, we’ll happily refer you to someone who can be of service.

Certain countries like Italy and Greece for the Summer will require a minimum of 4-5 months. Places like Japan and Safari can be up to a year in advance.

Cancelation fee - Cancelations result into a penalty of 10% of trip the cost. Be sure to ask us about travel insurance.

Flight Ticketing Fees

Ticketing service includes access to 24/7 Travel Emergency number, our air department will monitor your flights for changes as well, so you can relax. Please note - additional fees apply for changes, reissuing tickets, and cancelations.

International - $100 per ticket

Domestic - $65 per ticket
